  • How long can I leave my blind out for?

    We recommend only leaving blinds out in the elements for a week at a time, no longer.

  • Can I purchase replacement mesh for my blind?

    Yes, many of our blinds offer replacement windows. To find the replacement window that fits your blind, please reference the parts section of the website and click on your shelter model.
  • How is the OxHide fabric different than the standard blind fabric?

    OxHide incorporates two unique layers of fabric bonded together - a rugged, flat black interior that won’t scratch, crack or peel, and a color-rich, low sheen exterior.

  • What is the warranty period on my shelter?

    Many of our blinds come with a one-year limited warranty. To find out the specific warranty on your product, it is best to review the manual/instruction sheet that was included with  your product.

  • Where do i find the serial number for my shelter?

    The serial number is located on a white tag within the shelter. The formatting should follow similar to this: AA-GR350BT-16.
